I love Chik-Fil-A for a healthy snack on the run. I usually get the whole meal and give the fries away. I love their grilled chicken sandwich, without the mayo and tomatoes. McDonalds actually fries their chicken and hamburgers on the same grill, so it really isn't all that great for you. Subway is good, just stick to a healthy choice of sandwich, without the mayo. I like the Subway club with Swiss cheese, lettuce, pickles, mustard and cucumbers on the whole wheat bread is good. I normally just order a 6" sub; since my stomach has shrunk with my original weight loss. I have found adding spicy brown mustard to my sandwiches helps give it a kick and I have also decided to leave the potato chips at the grocery store. Another restaurant that I love to go to is a local salad restaurant here in Orlando. It is called, Greens and Grill and their menu is organic. I love ordering their create your own salad with five toppings and I usually get; cheese, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, eggs<hard boiled and chopped> and peas or corn. No salad dressing.
Congrats on the weight loss!

I'm guessing they cook it with oil. But I looked up the calories on the sandwich as a whole and it was only 300 so then I didn't feel so bad. Stepped on the scale this morning down 2 more lbs. This morning had a couple cups of dark roast coffee. . and now munching on a grissini breadstick and having some hot tea with stevia. For lunch I'm gonna cut a bell pepper in half stuff it with tuna and bake it. . then I'll have some cantaloupe for a snack. For dinner I'm thinking about trying some cut up chicken breast with a bit of low sodium soy sauce wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves. Have a good day all!
Is Subway the best option for fast food when eating healthy? What are you choices for restaurants and foods while you're dieting? Thanks.
