So, today I decided to go back to school. I found a school in lower washington that has an LPN to RN program which I am uber excited about. So, I have to take a few more pre-req courses before I can apply. They even have an online option where I only have to drive up there a few weeks out of the whole program. WHOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
So, if all of my plan goes right I will be at my first weight loss goal (250), in an RN program and have all of my debt paid off by this time next year!!!!!! WHOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It has become pretty easy to stay on top of my calories. Though, I have been working every day so I haven't had time to sit around and snack. Also, by the time I get off of work most restaurants are closed I have been tempted a few times to stop off at like taco bell or burger king. I had to talk myself out of it.....and breath a few deeps breaths and relax.
The only thing I'm can't quite do is stop the smoking. I'm still doing about 3-5 a day, which is WAY less than what I was doing before. I also can't seem to work up the courage to get back to the gym. My ankle is starting to feel better and I know I should get in there...but......blegh.
Anyway I'm going to the community college on Wednesday to take care of registration for my pre-req courses.

Congrats hun on setting some goals.
Never talking to yourself. I'm always here, just quiet since I really don't have to lose weight. I just have to eat healthy. So I feel a little akward chiming in.
When you feel temptation settin in feel free to text me. There's been a few times I've been tempted and just the thought of textin you has been enough to keep me from the little debbie swiss rolls.

For those of you who smoke, you'll find the more you walk and work out, the less you'll want to smoke and eventually you'll be able to just quit.
Keep it up, y'all are amazing!

I have one dr that when i had my neck surgeries walking was the physical therapy he prescribed. I eventually felt I needed more but it is amazing what walking can do.
I need to get back at it but have plenty of excuses besides the weather.
My dad lives in wi and when he can't walkd outside he has a place at the university to go. I know a lot of malls open up early for walking also. If you are in an area where school security isn't as big of a thing there might be a school you can walk in also. Always seem to be alternatives.
So when i've wanted something sweet lately I've been throwing an apple in the little toater oven and baking it then throwing some cinnamon on it and low and behold on the biggest loser they suggested the same thing except using a micorwave. I prefer the toaster oven myself.
It's amazing how many naturally sweet things are out there. Honestly I usually enjoy them more, I just eat the others not even as much for comfort as for distraction. Just like I use the damn arcade on here to distract me from my life.
