Indian food is great. If you like some zest in there I have "Vegan Fire & Spice" by Robert Robertson which has recipes from India as well as African, Middle Eastern countries, Caribbean and some others as well.
Whatever you pick up, if you have trouble locating some of the more exotic spices
World Spice is a great resource. Their quality is top notch and if you have any spice questions just ring them up, very knowledgable staff.
