I sauteed some ground turkey in a small amount of chili oil then added tomato, jalapeno, corn, black beans, red and green peppers, onion, then I mixed some crema with some salsa verde and drizzled it on top
I am having sweet potato fries on the side
To drink, sangria
for dessert dark chocolate custard with chilies and cinnamon
