well my weigh in was yesterday, and i am down 13 more lbs for a grand total of 36 lbs lost !!! wheeeeeeeee!
this was not in one week, more like almost 3 weeks, i think.. i cant remember my last date i announced a weigh in, maybe a lil over 3 weeks even.. i am content with that, as i'm sure i gained some weight last week because i wasnt eating at all the week before when i had oral sugery..so, whatever i gained back i have no clue, and i can't fuss it now can i!?? lol..
pretty proud of 36 lbs lost so far though.. the changes in my body and my thinking process and positivity are just wow.. Starting today, i am taking measurements as well ...
Been LOVING the tips in here, the advice and encouragement..
lettuce for bread, i never would have thought of that, and actually LOVE the idea, great way to cut back in carbs for sure..and think i'll give that a try, it sounds yummy!
