sylvie....

I wanted to say congrats on your continued weight loss! You are doing amazing! I must say, your workout routine looks pretty demanding... but you are handling it all with ease! GOOD FOR YOU!

I really need to start utilizing the receipe finder more. D told me the other day that she was getting burned out on meat & veggies. I will be so happy when it starts cooling off here... but I just can't cook heavy, hot dinners when it's 100 degrees outside. I love comfort foods like chili, gumbo & soup ~ so I'm looking foward to finding healthier alternatives for them!

I did make the WW turkey tetrazinni awhile back, and it was YUMMY! I guess in my 38 years, I've always heard pasta was bad for you... so it was hard for me to wrap my head around how this yummy dinner was still healthy. I am very thankful that I found the Smart Choice pasta (it's a white/wheat pasta with added fiber & calcium). I FINALLY got D to eat brown rice & wheat bread... now convincing her to try wheat pasta might be another challange. We shall see!

In the crockpot for tonight, is lean beef tips with low sodium mushroom gravy. I'm gonna boil up the Success brown rice and steam some green beans. Voila... dinner is served.
