It depends on what you want to achieve and what you like.

Kick-boxing is great for both an aerobic workout and strength training.
Spin, zumba and body blast are all different types of aerobic classes.

Personally I'm a huge fan of pilates; and I can't wait to get back in regular classes.

Pilates targets your core, the movements are small and precise (and killer). It builds strength, endurance and coordination.
If you stick with it and work hard (pilates is about precision not repetition, it takes concentration and practice) - it will be strengthen every muscle group in your core; which in turn will improve your physical performance in pretty much every single way.
