Washington offers many excellent camping and cabin-ing opportunities. We are approaching the wet season west of the Cascades, but east of the mountains it stays a lot drier -- the temperatures really drop off in November though. The area around Wenatchee is nice and Lake Chelan is amazing.
For a non-camping option, my favorite place on the coast is
this. It offers a range of options from rustic camper A-frames to a few luxury cabins. This is a place that can be good any time of year. It can be a fantastic place for storm-watching in the winter. The last time I was there the sea-foam was almost waist-deep in places.
I'm sure Oregon is just as good (well, almost as good). I just don't know as much about it.
