Candles for the children...
Locally, in the past week:
~two sisters ages 8 and 4 were murdered with a hatchet by their mother (suffering postpartum depression after a miscarriage)
~two day old baby girl found dead in grocery store restroom trashcan ("discarded" by the mother)
