This was me from Sept 18th, til October 31st last fall. I thought i lost the love of my life, i stopped eating, stopped drinking soda, started smoking more and lost 48lbs.
I however, gained back 7 so far. I went down 4 sizes in jeans, it helped me in a sense, but it was not the right way to lose the weight.
My next lifes journey is about to start in a few weeks and i'm hoping to make better changes.
I commend ya'll.
