So, bridges have been on my mind lately,

creating a bridge of support for the self...
to help be connected to healing agents...
people,
furfriends,
god,
the universe,
prayer...candles,
calling someone who really knows you,
nature,
the sounds of the wind, moving water, a whinny,
food and drink that soothes the soul,
music,
reading a favorite poem once a day,
talking with someone who will say it so you can hear it,
a hot soak,
sitting up in a tree,
going to a meeting,
learning how to ask....for a dinner, to take the kids for 3 hours, for someone to go to the store to pick up 10 things you need in the cupboard, but you can't stand the store today,
learning to sit a be still for 5 minutes day,
going for a ride...the choices are endless.

Set up a bridge of support or nourishment for yourself or help someone else figure out what they need, put the tools in place so they are there when you need them they are there, and hopefully the need will happen less if the care for the self is ongoing.

Blessed Be
