okay so today I did my 30 mins of exercise on the wii, I lost a pound since yesterday haha..... im sweating like crazy, maybe I shouldnt of taken a shower before I did the wii.....

....... Today Im going through magazine's and writing down my favorite recipes I like so when I move I have them all............ maybe do alittle reading... tonight for dinner Im making pork chops stuffed with jasmine rice and baked, along with a salad and crystal light ice tea.
