Beans ala Arwen will be on the stove in a bit. I like to let them simmer a long time before bringing them to Glynn...I mean everyone.

I'll probably need help carrying them in. My arms from the shoulder down have been funky lately. I am dropping things that I don't mean to and having sharp shooting pains.

I don't mean to have those either.

I do have a doctor appointment on Tuesday.
