What made me smile you ask...

finding out that my previous students actually learned something last semester, and when their friends did not believe them... in turn my former student made them look it up... Rock on President Taft and the 7th inning stretch

Having former students ask for recommendations

the ability for a college professor to get free desk/exam copies of text books...
