I thought this week was going to be a write off. I survived my family weekend. I overate at one meal, but it was salad. I did however break my own bodies rule and have two small slices of bread. It was just ssssssoooooo good OMG!!!

I did not eat my emotions, and there were lots of emotions. But, what I did do is not exercise Monday. I used to excuse I had to work late, which I did, but... Then Tuesday night I did not go to my interval training but that was for a very good reason. The daughter I gave up for adoption and I spent the whole evening together talking until 1 am. I cherish that. So Wednesday I increased my weight in my class. I have super strong legs so I wanted to see if I could push it another 20 lbs for squats. The legs were fine, the upper back... yeah not so much. My triceps, they are calling me names. I did do Zumba at lunch today, so I feel good, sweat sticky, but good.

So, I don't think my week is stellar for weight loss. And I will not be very active this weekend as I am in a workshop with a wonderful and amazing man ~ Tim Freke. I am SSSSSUUUUPPPPEERRRRR excited. And the chef cooking for us is fabo and I get lots and lots of no fat, low fat vegetarian options. Sooooo cross your fingers for me that I eat well and come back full of love and fantastic intentions.

In the meantime I am rooting for each and every one of us behind the scenes!!
