Tried this recipe tonight, thought I would share it.
1 lb extra lean ground beef or turkey
4 egg whites
oats(to suit your diet) I used 1/2 cup
1 pkg low sodium taco seasoning
Mix well
Roll in to balls(about the size of a rachet ball)
place on cookie sheet
cook @ 400 degrees for 20 mins
You can make as many as you like, and they pack easy for your meals.
