Default Crime In The News

So I always see news about crimes being committed and thought I would start a thread where we can post about current crimes and discuss them or just discuss anything regarding crime, share news and sites.

Top 20 Highest Murder Rate US Cities (City-Data.com)

1. North Omaha, NE
2. Aurora, IL
3. Houston, TX
4. Miami, FL
5. Atlanta, GA
6. Los Angeles, CA
7. Dallas, TX
8. Jacksonville, FL
9. Orlando, FL
10. South St. Petersburg, FL
11. Denver, CO
12. Macon, GA
13. Tampa, FL
14. Memphis, TN
15. Jackson, MS
16. Colorado Springs, CO
17. New Orleans, LA
18. Birmingham, AL
19. Tucson, AZ
20. Phoenix, AZ

Crimes in every category has declined in the past year. I am surprised that more TX cities by the border of Mexico did not make this list. I am not surprised to see several FL cities on the list. I always hear about crime in this state and crimes on law enforcement officials especially.
