The good thing about this program, is that there are no membership dues; which helps me since I cannot afford Weight Watchers. Thanks Zimmy I got the info I needed from the web site,I will give them a call later today.Im gonna take a nap as I didnt fall asleep till 5:00am then got up at 9:30am.I appresheate the help more than u know
