For me, any kind of technology is user-based. I use my ipad for certain things like Angry Birds and Smurfs
. I use my kindle for reading. I use my laptop for everything else. I don't have a smart phone because I only use my phone for texting and calling. Others use their smartphones for everything. Whether or not I get the new fancy thing is generally based on whether or not I'll USE the new fancy thing. If it just repeats stuff I already have, without improvement, I don't bother with it.
And sometimes I laugh at myself making a grocery list on my ipad instead of just pulling out a pen and paper.
Sheesh.
