Our ear crystals are actually quite important they help us maintain our balance by sending signals through the nerves that help our brain to know up from down.

The problem you're experiencing is not uncommon at all and it is completely fixable.

The range of movements your doctor has given you (called the Epley Maneuver) should do the trick. Though you may not be able to achieve it on your own, you may need a doctor, NP or physical therapist to do the maneuver on you - and it may take more than one session.

It took me 3 sessions over the course of a few months to get it to stop completely.
Thanks Sparkle for the info, the doc didnt explane it that way, never dose.I have had some pretty bad crashes on horses plus being slam dunked rideing rough stock in rodeos, tho that was a very long time ago.Back in 2007 I took a hard crash at work...no horses..just a bad slip and fall where I smacked my head on the side of a cart.I havent done anything but be good sence..cant say so much for my ears tho.I will check with the doc cause I want this done and gone.
