Default HCG again

Today marks day 1 of 49 of my HCG diet. Last time I did it I lost 24 pounds without exercising. This time I plan on exercising because I have a definite goal in mind! Now I know that women aren't usually real pleased to share their weight online but I'm proud of myself so far because in the last year I've lost down from 208 lbs to 162 lbs, and kept it off! That's 46 pounds!

It's a matter of portion control and stopping eating the minute I get that first sensation that I am full. Even if I could finish what was on my plate, I'll take it home for a later time. Try it, see what happens for you! And Lordy, eat more vegetables! They fill you up faster than anything than I've come across, except corn, which is a carbohydrate.
