Being allowed to listen in when one of my UK artists was told she was chosen to be a part of a huge project in the US. To hear the yelling, screaming and eventual crying of happiness. To know I was part of making her dream come true. Makes all the long hours, everyday all worth it.

Gotta love days like this.
