Thats a basic dough for empanadas. If you have not tried these you're in for a huge treat. They are fried so they are fatty but use a good oil and follow a few tips to make lower fat.
use canola oil and let drain, even pat with paper towels.
Use very lean meats.
Stuff these babies with meat & cheese, shredded pork, chicken, veggies, spinach and feta (or goat cheese)
They are simply divine and super easy when you;re hungry and reaching for something quick.
