I am so aware of what is going on around me, it is not even funny! I am going to start driving around the gayborhood this week between 10:30- midnight. That is when he is attacking. I have a friend going with me, and we are just going to see if we can't spot him walking around somewhere in the 25 block radius where he has been hitting. This guy is 6' and 250 pounds....shouldn't be too hard to spot. I am tired of the women in my neighborhood living in fear!! Seems the police aren't doing as much as they should right now.
