We vacationed in Texas last month and I (deliberately) ate what I wanted there since I don't get all that good southern food very often, and I've been less dedicated since then, so we're working on getting our groove back - I didn't just go hog wild, still been doing smoothies for breakfast and trying to do light lunch - but my dinner portions have been too large and I'm not as careful what I eat. All that said however, I only put back on 2#. I'm still at 268 from a starting weight of 298.
