Well good morning all my healthy peeps!

I'm back from the Reunion, and FINALLY at a point where I feel rested. I'm not gonna lie.... I completely overdid it this weekend. Ate a bunch of crap, drank too much, didn't exercise a bit (unless you count dancing my butt off) and I know damn well I didn't get enough water consumption. I haven't stepped on the scale as of today... I will wait until Thursday which is my normal day to weigh.

Yesterday I started trying my best to get back in the swing of things. I was so deligent for the first 4 months on WW online (losing 28 pounds)... and know that once I get back into my routine of journaling I will do so much better. Sometimes it's tough to find that motivation to get it going again... and luckily for me, I have y'all! It's just like riding a bike ~ now it's time for me to get my ass back on it

I'm glad to see so many folks accomplishing goals and making some good headway on their journeys. Keep up the great work y'all.

**ps, with the holidays coming up, maybe we can start posting some healthy receipes for the traditional comfort food that is oh so bad for us. So, if y'all have any ideas, let's start sharing*
