I don't usually watch these shows, but I have been following Chaz's performances, simply because I want to cheer him on!! It's not every day a person sees a guy like us (transmen) put himself out into the public eye, opening himself up to criticism and cheering, alike. I want to be part of the cheering crowd!!!
I have to admit, I really enjoyed watching the show this week, not just because of my desire to root for Chaz, but also because I really dig that 80's music. I don't think they could've possibly found more danceable music than what was popular in the 80's era. My favorite tune of the night was the cover of Spandau Ballet's "True" . How well I remember that wonderful song, and I think Nancy Grace and Tristan McManus did a wonderful job with it. It brought back those magical evenings I had, myself, dancing to that song with a lovely Lady in my arms. (thanks, Allison!! )
Go Chaz!!! Great performance!!!!
