Nope, but for me it's a very clear moment when you no longer care about bread or sweets, it's when you good and energetic and not wondering when you will eat next because you are so hungry. It's when you realize wow I need to eat it's been a while now. Not *craving* bread or carbs is a great feeling because you never feel deprived, cleansing it all out gets you there. Once we go into Ketosis, the body burns fat even when you are sleeping!

Lots of water does the trick and one other great thing is you start seeing muscle tone where the jigglies used to be.
