One of my co-workers. She's such an awesome and upbeat person and we often help each other out. There was a huge rush of customers I had to deal with today in my dept., and of course the usual group of those freaking out about "now you're sure I need parging mix?...it is a small wall like this...let me show you this crappy black and white photocopy I have!" "yes...take the fucking parging mix" Or they just feel like being an asshole to you and expect you to drop everything you have to do to help them because they are more important than everyone else.

But anyways, in the middle of all that she walks upbeat as usual, and all she had to do is say hey and a short exchange of what's ups in her usual "nothing can piss me off" kind of way and I instantly felt so much more positive. It's amazing how some people just spread positive energy like crazy. It's definitely what I needed and I wish I could be like her in keeping that kind of attitude.

Long story short, my co-worker made me smile today when I felt like shit and I think I could learn something from her when dealing with assclowns
