Due to tide changeovers my walk last night ran through sunset until after dark and then started this morning in the dark and ran through sunrise into mid-morning.
Each of these was a 10 mile sand-walk.
I just figured out why I'm so darned tired today.

Well, I am having the same issue as Sylvie on the back of my arms-triceps area; the fat is gone now but the skin remains. So, I checked it out, and yep there is a
one-fifty dips challenge.
There's an app for that.
It can't hurt to try!
