...can't get her off my mind... such big, sad, "gotta love me", brown eyes...the neglect she's suffered...how lonely and timid she was when I went to see her tonight during a snow storm....how she fell in love yesterday with my little 4-legged sidekick but wouldn't give me the time of day... how her sad eyes tell her story even if she can't say the words...how sweet and gentle she was when she finally sat near me tonight but was still to timid to open up... how much she needs to learn to trust...how much she needs someone to love her and care for her...
how much it hurt tonight to leave her at the Humane Society to endure a long, cold, lonely weekend and possibly snowed in for several days...what kind of doggy name fits such a darling, sweet, timid, neglected, 4-legged snuggle-buddy? Damn I can't wait to bring her home next week!! LOL.... one mud-puppy who loves to make and chase his own snow balls...and one new little wiggle-mutt... wonder which one will steal my stuffed bunny first?
