Good Morning Everyone,
I am grateful for the following:
1. I have no desire to have soda
2. Even though my job is sedentary, I am not gaining any weight
3. I love running up and down the stairs at work
4. How I pick at my food until I am full and either give the rest away or bring it home with me
5. I took all of my *big* clothes and gave them away last year, this way I have memories of how I used to weigh 210lbs.
6. I agree with Sylvie, this thread is a God-send and thank you all!
