Good Morning Everyone,
As of November 21st, I will be giving up, coffee and sweets..Someone have an alternative? My dentist is recommending braces to correct my top teeth and this means, no sugar in any form, coffee or nuts. Blah I say! I will be an unhappy camper until they come off in about a year...I think my roommate may need to leave me alone for awhile, eheh..
