CF, When I cannot sleep, I normally drink a cup of hot cocoa with milk and that usually knocks me out.

When I was younger I had dental surgery (4 wisdom teeth pulled) and ended up eatting soup, yougurt etc... Then I had to have dental surgery the following year right around Thanksgiving so I can relate
