- Got up before lunch-time ...yup that really is an achievement some days.
- Participated fully in todays Pulmonary Rehab session
- Went over ideas for the two most pressing assignments with Carol
- Managed to clarify an issue at the Doctors surgery
- Tempted the Fag Father out for a cocktail (when he gets into town) as he's had some really bad news today about his job.
- Just sent some emails and made calls that really, really needed doing.
