Oh femme shoes - how I love thee...

Unfortunately, my feet/legs never work with them!!

Seriously, though. Through a combination of foot, ankle, calf shape - I have never been able to wear most feminine shoe-shapes. I LOVE drooling over shoes. I love the look. Were I to inhabit a separate body/foot/ankle/calf shape, i'd be a total shoe whore, seriously!

But, alas - my feet, they only seem to work in comfy shoes with lots of room. Crocs are my saviour.... because for some reason they work on my feet. Thank the Goddess, Crocs makes several styles that make me FEEL a little more feminine (cuz seriously for a while I could only get comfy in mens loafers which I really didn't like).

I have a pair of crocs that have leather uppers, lace ups and are a fairly generic business-casual lace up shoe. I have a pair of crocs that are heels, and were it not for a little metal decorative element would be super comfy for day to day wear - the metal thing chaffes my pinky toe.... they don't offer that style anymore, so I may try a different style.

I have a pair of slip ons that have a nice smooth feminine loafer shape to the front and a strap along the back heel - a nice slightly dressier shoe for work. These ones:

I also have the typical gardener-shoe type for kicking around the house, of course.

But here's some of the styles being offered now that I want, want, want!!! (mind you, i can't buy without trying them on because my feet are finicky, even with crocs... so some of these might not work either)...

OMG I would LOVE these -- if the buckle was long enough to go around my wide ankle....

And.... OMG.... the boots....... Oh please please please let them offer these with wide-ish calves!

OMG... bring on the RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or the snow.... OMG... these have a brilliant design... I bet they would fit perfectly... LOVE the adjustable fit...

These might fit too... omgomg.

Seriously.... gonna go shopping at the croc store this weekend or next weekend... I seriously need boots and it is SOOOOOOOOO hard for me to find boots that fit my legs!
