Thank you very much for sharing this, definitely an interesting read.
I have always been really shy, especially when it comes to meeting new people but lately I find myself having really bad panic attacks when I have to make phone calls or if I have to go to an appointment of any kind, I mean serious heart palpitations, severe chest pain and high blood pressure and i find myself almost looking for hiding places.. Ive seriously been considering getting a check up because the older I get the worse it seems to get
