I do.
Sometimes it's something I heard the day before. Sometimes it's out of the blue. Sometimes it's an odd combination of songs left over from a dream. Sometimes, it's just a snippet of a lyric.

One morning I was singing a song in a dream and woke up thinking about another song...lol. I always have a tune in my head every minute of the day.
