Good morning & happy Thanskgiving EVE healthy peeps!

As you can guess, I STILL haven't made my way to the grocery store to shope for tomorrow's dinner. Ugh, I'm a total slacker. In my defense, I was patiently waiting to see if my 2nd job was gonna give us our Thanksgiving bonus, like they've done every year. It's always a $100 gift card to Walmart... so I was hoping to save my cash & use the card. Well, it doesn't look like I will get it till tonight, so I'll be one of those crazy people fighting over a ham at the last minute

Like Jo, I'm gonna go pretty easy this year and just do a main dish (the ham) and then load up on fresh veggies for the sides. I'm staying away from the casseroles that we all love, but don't love us back. Instead of the traditional yeast rolls, they will be getting wheat rolls.... and they better like it! Hey, I'm buying and cooking ~ they are just eating

Since it's the long weekend, and most folks are gonna be hitting the sales, I made a promise to myself to go to the gym. I'm thinking I'll be able to get in a good workout on my favorite pieces of equipment, and not have to worry about the gym being packed!

Other than that, we might take in a movie, put up the Christmas tree, and just plain relax. We never seem to get enough of it these days.
