I even went to the manager of a fast food restaurant once to complain that one of his customers was parked illegally. I stood there until the manager made an announcement that the car needed to be moved and the owner did move the car! I don't play when it comes to this matter.

I get annoyed when I see drivers of a "handicapped car" park in a handicapped spot even when the handicapped person is not with them. Your ability to jog away from the car kind of blows your cover, dude!
