YES!

I like to rotate my workouts so that I don't get bored.

Usually something like this:

Day 1:
15 minutes on stationary bike
10-15 minutes on elliptical

Day 2:
15 minutes on treadmill
15 minutes on bike

Day 3:
10 minutes on bike
20-25 minutes of walking the hills outside

Day 4:
30 - 40 minutes of Wii
(I have several of the Biggest Loser workouts and several cardio!)

Day 5:
30 minutes on elliptical
(sometimes I break this up into 15 minutes in the morning and 15 at night)

I skip 2 days a week just from having an insane schedule but I'd work out 7 days a week if I can ever fit it in!
