December arrived and with it came the colder weather....though some of you in the southern states are colder than me up north. In the 40's here and raw. Another warm up coming tomorrow.... this is my kind of winter!

Weather is making outdoor exercising easier and saving me from setting foot in the noisy gym.

Anyone have exciting plans for the weekend? Housework doesnt count as exciting
