I was in Sam's club yesterday and I was next in line (all I had was chick peas) Some non english speaking man went into a rage while checking out. His voice became louder and louder and louder. His body language was arms flinging and finger pointing. The customer service supervisor came over and locked down the register immediately and removed the two employees the rage seemed to be directed at. They walked swiftly thru the tire department and I never saw them again. The service desk announced something over the intercom and many store associates came to the front of the store. I watched the cashiers punch in some codes on the registers and back away from the little space they work in. The store was totally silent except for this man who was SCREAMING (no exaggeration) my heart began to race. I put the chick peas down and got the hell out of that line. Many people were doing that. I was moving towards the back of the store and I noticed two Sam's employees at each of the emergency exits. Soon, the noise level returned to what a store sounds like. I left and bought nothing.
