I do NOT understand how some people retain their drivers licence!!!! I just watched as a guy came speeding into the mall doing about 30 ( speed limit is 15). He took out a pedestrian crosswalk sign, never realizing he had hit it. The sign was jammed under his car as he drove to a parking space about 100 yards away. He got out of his car looked around the front of it and started to walk to the entrance of the food court..... that's when I showed up! I felt like I was lecturing a 2 yr old! Needless to say..... He will be receiving a bill for repair of the sign. I'm glad I wasn't in the roadway at the time, probably would have hit me and not realized it either!
