The good news is, while i gained those 2 lbs, i lost those 2 lbs and am back at 67 lbs lost.. But, in my 2 weeks of challenges i am very grateful i didn't fall so hard that i lost sense of myself, my journey and gained much more weight back.. So i'm in a good place to keep this going, and i will!

Thanks for the sharing everyone, i'm grateful for ALL of you & congratulations on all your accomplishments.. LOVE this thread!

Sylvie, we do have the ability to pick ourselves up and give it a go again. It is a process not an event. I am glad you checked in. I had you in my thoughts. It is a trying process to be on top of things every day. It can be a trying process to be real and honest about why food is so important. Or why that is the addiction that chose us.

Frustrating - yes. Do-able - yes. Cry worthy - oh hell sometimes a freaking river.

This is your journey and your path and your success Sylvie. It takes alot of courage to come back and be honest about where you are. Especially on-line where no one can see you. So, to your courage and faith and self love.

Sometimes, I have to remember, to extend the same compassion I do to others, to myself.
