I clench mine too. Grind them in my sleep as well.
It's bad for the teeth but good for me because it keeps me from knocking some folks around once in a while.

Me too! The curtain feels weird on wet skin.
I don't like the spitting either but I can deal with it. For me, it's the location of the spit that counts. Folks that brush their teeth in the kitchen sink make my stomach clench. I can get past doing it in the shower. I understand the reasoning behind it, though I can't do it myself, but the kitchen is off limits for that stuff.
I had a roommate that shaved her legs in the kitchen sink. A short lived partnership THAT was.
