Homemade Split Pea Soup... after my mom died and before we could get to it some asshats broke into her house... weirdly they took her recipe boxes... and so I spent a lot of time trying to recreate some of my favorites recipes she would make... and this one is tweaked to near perfect. Everybody asks me to make it now =)
