Sorry about the back going out,th last couple of days mine has been a roaring bitch at diffrent times,I will be so glad when it gets to be spring cause when it warms up I can move better as well as have less pain.My doc said to move to a dryer climate...I told him for the moment most of the dryer climates are heavly layered with snow.Not any dryer, not any warmer.
