I looked to my brother and out came the following..

"This is the ONE Holiday where Parents will eagerly allow their children literally on the lap of an old Stranger that often reeks of Booze, with a cruddy attitude who'll give a kid a strange toy, after taking a picture with the kid, next to an even more dubious usually Tall looking elf."

Bro: "No different than halloween though, knockin on strangers houses, wearing costumes, asking for candy that later have to be checked for itty bitty shards of razors & poison pellets, remember?...."
