I was attracted to this concept as well. I'm type O and the foods that a type O should eat are the foods that are on my plate any way...

But it was debunked as any kind of weight loss tool.

I'm also attracted to the concept of genetic eating.. But truthfully, the concept of eatting haggis and mutton doesn't appeal to me...
